Personal statement, including career objectives and rationale for joining the program (~1 page)

Brief summary of research project to be completed during the training program (~1-2 pages)

GRE/MCAT scores (copies are fine)

CV with presentations and publications

Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate – copies are fine)

Proof of US citizenship or US permanent resident status

Three reference letters, one of which must be from the mentor (Note: These letters should be directly e-mailed to cbtp@pitt.edu)
