As part of a continuing quality improvement process, the Pitt IRB is asking investigators to complete this survey. It is directed at the Principal Investigator but study coordinators who worked on submitting the application will also be asked to complete this survey. Responses will be used to improve the quality of our services and to ‘benchmark’ our activities with other institutions.
